The Reserve Club respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, Canada's PIPEDA and CASL.

What we collect

• Membership applications: name, email, optional phone, neighbourhood, homeowner confirmation, optional invitation code and interests.
• Partner applications: business and contact details you provide.
• Inquiries: the information you include in your message.

We do not ask for income, net worth, property value or a full residential address at application.

How we use it

To review applications, administer membership, respond to inquiries and — only with your separate consent — send Club news.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Member details are not shared with business partners without your consent or a member-initiated inquiry. Information is shared with our real estate partner only when you make a real estate request and give separate consent.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting us through the Contact page.
